If you've ordered from us in the past and you paid for your meal with a credit card,
you can use this option to automatically link your existing account to the web.
Please have the invoice number and credit card number of your most recently delivered
order ready.
Option Two
If you haven't ordered from us before, have ordered, but didn't pay with a credit card,
or if you are not comforatable sending your credit card through our website, we'd be
happy to activate or open an account for you over the phone.
Once we confirm your identity, all we'll need is your e-mail address.
